Linda F. Houle-Briggs

Merrimac, MA- Linda Houle-Briggs died on June 2nd, 2024, from cancer. Linda was predeceased by her wonderful, caring, soulmate, Gilbert Briggs, Jr.; her parents, Dorothy & Raymond Houle Sr.; her sister, Diane Houle; and her beloved Irish Setter, Ruger.

Linda leaves behind two sisters and one brother: Dorothy Dumas and her husband, Ernie; Deborah Potter and her husband, Bruce; Raymond Houle, Jr. and his life partner, Julie. Along with many nieces and nephews.

Linda’s passions included: daily long nature walks with her Irish Setter, golfing, bowling, playing scrabble and 45’s with family & friends.

Linda was cremated at Direct Cremation of the Seacoast in Hampton, New Hampshire. Linda will be buried alongside her loving husband, Gilbert, at the Veterans Cemetery in Boscowen, NH.

A private celebration of life will be held later this summer.
